01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the fu888 Malaysia website, mobile platform and all services provided. These Terms take effect from the date you first register an account or access any part of the fu888 platform.

Continued use of the fu888 platform after any amendment to these Terms is published will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02Member Eligibility

To register and use fu888's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any other party
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not appearing on any prohibited persons list maintained by a relevant regulatory body
• Not a citizen or resident of any country that explicitly prohibits online gambling
• Has not opted into a self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform

03Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) fu888 account only. Creating multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses or circumvent any restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

1. You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, phone number and a valid email address
2. You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential
3. Any activity that occurs in your account is your responsibility unless you have reported to fu888 that the account has been compromised
4. Fu888 reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time
5. Accounts opened with false or misleading information will be terminated and all winnings in such accounts will be forfeited

04Deposit & Payment Methods

Fu888 accepts a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

The bank account or e-wallet used for deposits must be registered under the same name as your fu888 account. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may be subject to an administrative fee.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your fu888 account are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be fully met before a withdrawal request is approved:

1. Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before your first withdrawal
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction
3. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit (same-source principle)
4. All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed
5. Fu888 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify withdrawals exceeding RM5,000
6. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 business days, depending on the method selected

06Bonus & Promotions

Fu888 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective promotional offer on the fu888 Promotions page.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated
• Wagering (rollover) requirements must be met before winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or system abuse will be voided
• fu888 reserves the right to cancel any unused bonus at any time
• Bets placed using bonus funds only on certain games may not count towards meeting the rollover requirement — refer to the specific promotion terms
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure

07Sports Betting

All sports bets placed at fu888 are subject to fu888's comprehensive sports betting rules. The following are the key principles governing Sports Betting on our platform:

1. A bet is considered valid once confirmed by the fu888 system and visible in your betting history
2. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the applicable odds, unless there is a clear technical error

4. For live in-play betting, fu888 reserves the right to reject bets placed during video stream delays
5. Bets placed on matches proven to be fixed or manipulated will be voided and stakes refunded

• Game results are final once a round has been fully completed

09Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following is a list of activities that are strictly prohibited on the fu888 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate action, including permanent account termination:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts)
• Using false identity information or another person's account
• Any form of cheating, collusion or fraud in gameplay
• Use of bots, automation software or any tools that provide an unfair advantage
• Intentional exploitation of errors or vulnerabilities in the fu888 system
• Money laundering through the fu888 platform
• Fund transfers between different member accounts
• Systematic abuse of the bonus or promotion system

10Privacy & Data Protection

11Account Suspension & Termination

2. Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
3. Failure to submit the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe
4. Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
5. Account closure at the member's own request

If your account is suspended for verification purposes, funds in the account will be frozen until the verification process is complete. If an account is terminated due to a serious violation, fu888 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the offending activity.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fu888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Fu888 does not guarantee that our platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or be fully secure at all times. We will make every effort to maintain consistent service availability, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed.

13Responsible Gaming

14Amendments to Terms

It is the member's responsibility to read and understand any amendments that are communicated. Continued use of the fu888 platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to fu888's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant regulatory body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
